Our team of dispatchers and transportation specialists are made up qualified individuals willing to go the extra mile in order to ensure you or your loved one receive the highest quality of service upon your experience with us Our hands-free operators are pre-screened prior to employment and continuously re-screened following. All are Certified Defensive Drivers trained in First-Aid, CPR, and HAZMAT cleanup. Our Passenger Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) program is certified by the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education for the safety of our clients utilizing mobility devices. Our fleet consists of regularly maintained ADA-compliant vehicles. All are GPS and dual-dash-camera-equipped for the sole purpose of passenger safety and quality assurance. The utilization of our larger vehicles exceeds ADA requirements, allowing plenty of floor space for our passengers and their respective service animals. Our two-part occupant securement, and four-part floor restraint systems ensure the safety of our passengers and mobility devices of all sizes. Our vehicles are also equipped with seatbelt cutters, First-Aid/Clean-Up kits, fire extinguishers, and road triangles in case of an emergency. A better question, Why not Universal Mobility?

How do I Reserve a Ride?

In order to secure a reservation slot over the phone, A payment must be received prior to the transport date. This is done securely through our utilization of PayPal Invoice which we will be email to you or your loved one. Via invoice, you may privately input your credit card information in order to pay for services. Universal Mobility also accepts Cash and contactless payments.
